Racing Clips Publisher (the "Application") is a personal automation tool operated solely by Logan Senhauser. The Application uploads video content created from the operator's own Twitch streams to the operator's own TikTok drafts inbox via the TikTok Content Posting API for manual review and publication.
The Application is restricted to a single authorized user (the operator). It does not authenticate other users, does not process content or data on behalf of other users, and is not intended for distribution or use by anyone other than the operator.
The Application does not collect, share, sell, or transmit user data to third parties. All credentials and tokens are stored locally on the operator's machine and are used only to communicate with TikTok's official API endpoints.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is solely responsible for all content uploaded through the Application and for compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines.
